Domestic Shipping (USA)

Renaissance Rose ships all US orders by USPS using the customers’ preferred shipping method. Costs are the actual USPS charge plus a handling fee of $1.50 per item. Items shipped Priority have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. Less expensive options will take longer. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

Renaissance Rose offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

Renaissance Rose also offers expedited international shipping by USPS Global Express Mail. Shipping time is typically 3-6 days, but as with Air Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed in customs. Global Express Mail also provides full tracking of your package during transit.

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Exchange Policy

Renaissance Rose will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Clearance Items

All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. Returns of clearance items must be postmarked within 3 business days of when you received the item. Please note that by postmarked we mean that you have sent it within 3 days, even if we have not yet received it. There is no advantage to sending a return overnight vs standard shipping. If you do not meet the shortened timeframe for returns of clearance items, we may at our discretion issue store credit rather than a refund.

Shoes

We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).

How to Send Back Your Return

To ship an item back to Renaissance Rose, simply pack your item carefully, include a copy of your invoice, and ship to the following address:
